Privacy Policy
TogtonGo is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information when you use our platform.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, phone number, and billing address when you make a booking. We also collect information about your booking preferences and any special requests you share with us.
How We Use Your Information
We use booking and contact information to respond to enquiries, take steps requested before a booking, perform the booking contract, provide concierge services, and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and Similar Storage
We currently use no analytics or advertising cookies, pixels, or similar tracking technologies. A strictly necessary first-party cookie named togtongo_consent stores your consent choice for up to 180 days so we can remember and respect it. If you explicitly select another language, a first-party locale cookie remembers that selection for up to 180 days so we can provide the site in your chosen language.
If you opt in to the Preferences category, we store your selected currency in your browser's local storage for up to 180 days. It is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. If you reject or withdraw optional preferences, we remove the saved currency. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer.
You can browse and book without accepting optional preferences. If you choose online payment, you will be redirected to Stripe to complete payment; Stripe may process information and use technologies under its own privacy and cookie notices.
Payment Security
Online payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We never store your full card details on our servers. All payment information is encrypted and handled securely by Stripe.
Data Retention
We retain your booking information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time.
Your Data Protection Rights
Depending on your circumstances and applicable law, you may request access to or correction of your personal data, request erasure or restriction of processing, object to processing, or request data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
