Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed once payment is completed (Stripe) or registered as pending (Pay at Property). We reserve the right to decline any booking.

Payment

We offer two payment methods: Stripe (online) and Pay at Property. A surcharge applies to Pay at Property bookings. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation

Cancellation policies vary by property and are detailed on your confirmation page. Contact our concierge team for assistance with cancellations or modifications.

Liability

TogtonGo acts as a booking platform. We are not liable for events beyond our control, including but not limited to property conditions, acts of nature, or third-party actions.
